5. Refund and Exchange Policy
5.1 All tickets sold through our platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the event-specific ticket purchase page.
5.2 For tickets eligible for refunds/exchanges as indicated during purchase, users must follow the instructions provided on the relevant event page to complete the process.
5.3 Refunds/exchanges due to force majeure circumstances (e.g., event cancellation or rescheduling) will be handled in accordance with organizer policies and applicable laws.

8. Ticketing Terms​

This ticket is sold and issued by UNOTicket (hereinafter referred to as “UT”). UT acts as an agent for this event, responsible for providing ticket sales and issuance services on behalf of the organization, management, or promoter of this event (collectively referred to as the “Organizer”). Therefore, all claims shall be solely borne by the Organizer to the extent permitted by law, and UT shall not bear any responsibility.

The following are the terms of sale (including any resale or transfer):

  • The original purchaser or any final ticket holder may not resell or propose to resell this ticket at a premium (including online auctions) without the written consent of UT and the Organizer, nor use it for advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purposes (including market competition and trade promotions), or as a promotion for other goods or services. If this term is violated in the sale or use, the ticket will be canceled without refund, and the holder will be denied entry. If the ticket is damaged, altered, forged, or copied in any form, or not purchased from UT or other authorized sales points, the holder will also be denied entry.
  • Except for event postponement or cancellation, all tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable; notice of event cancellation or postponement will be issued by the Organizer or UT through the media.   • Purchasers shall bear all responsibilities and risks during their travel to and from the venue; the company will not accept any requests for refunds, exchanges, or returns due to changes, disruptions, suspensions, delays, or cancellations of transportation or public transit services.
  • UT reserves the right to modify, rearrange, replace performers, and/or change programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity.
  • UT has the right to charge service fees for ticket replacements. In cases without assigned seating (non-reserved tickets) or where customer details cannot be confirmed, UT reserves the right to refuse ticket replacements.
  • UT reserves the right to permit entry to the venue, and customers must comply with the entry regulations set by the Organizer and the venue. For details on entry terms, please visit www.unoticket.io. Additionally, late customers may only be allowed entry during intermission.
  • Except for individuals approved in advance by the Organizer or venue owner, no person may bring cameras, audio recorders, or video cameras into the venue. UT reserves the rights to broadcast or televise any event; the Organizer/venue owner has the right to use the ticket holder’s likeness in any live broadcast, recording, photograph, or image.
  • All ticket sales are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
